Kitchenware Records was established in 1982 in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK as the recording arm of The Soul Kitchen. Our policy is to develop and encourage new music irrespective of genre. Bands and artists associated with Kitchenware over the years include:

Hurrah!, Martin Stephenson and the Daintees, The Kane Gang, Prefab Sprout, Fatima Mansions, Lighthouse Family, The Changes, Editors, Sirens, Motorettes, Karima Francis.
